Gentlemen and Ladies,

Zeev Ronen of Business Excellence was an advisor for us on a designated project to create a process for selecting organizational KPI's (key performance indicators).

At the beginning of 2011, during a brief, focused evaluation process, Zeev interviewed the entire management level, including a VP forum, and prepared the infrastructure for the attaining of organizational objectives and measures.

Following a month of intensive activity, Zeev presented company management with a basic program for the establishment and implementation of a system of objectives for every company division.

I would like to thank Zeev for his thorough, focused efforts, following which we "got into the thick of things" and a central system of objectives in operations has been implemented and is in operation. Zeev's professionalism and devotion deserve the utmost praise, and for this, I thank him.
